For over 30 years, I have been advising owners, family offices and maritime investors with independence and a clear legal perspective on complex issues throughout the entire lifecycle of yacht ownership: from structuring the ownership model from a legal, tax and economic perspective, through its international implementation, to supporting and managing day-to-day operations with all their challenges and uncertainties, right through to refits and sales.

Since 2010, I have been publishing regularly in international yachting media, making the complex world of yachting more transparent; for the past few years, I have also been doing so for www.superyachtnews.com. In 2017, I launched www.superyachtforum.eu, a yachting blog covering current topics relating to international legal, tax and economic issues.
